Control of alcoholic liver by fucoidan Alginate Oligosaccharide

The color of the liver treated with brown algae oligosaccharide is ruddy, and the fat vacuoles in liver tissue sections are obviously reduced, which indicates that brown algae oligosaccharide can inhibit the accumulation of fat in the liver caused by acute ethanol and reduce the inflammatory reaction. In addition, brown algae oligosaccharide can delay the metabolism of ethanol in vivo and accelerate the removal of the metabolite acetaldehyde, which has a certain effect of removing wine.
