Studies have found that Alginate oligosaccharides have the effect of inducing stimulating factors, which can induce the increase of tobacco CAT, SOD and POD activities, remove oxygen free radicals produced in the body, protect cell membranes and chlorophyll structure, reduce tobacco leaf damage, and improve tobacco resistance to low temperature. 0.20% Alginate oligosaccharides have the best induction effect; 0.10% Alginate oligosaccharides have the effect of antifreeze protection, and there is no obvious change in tobacco indicators within 24 hours, which can protect cells from low temperature damage.
