Alginate oligosaccharide is a degradation product of alginate. It has good water solubility, is easy to absorb, and has a small molecular weight. It plays an important role in promoting plant growth, inducing plant resistance and improving product quality. In this experiment, alginate oligosaccharide was obtained after alginate lyase was degraded by alginate lyase, and the growth status and physiological indicators of barley seeds treated with different concentrations of alginate oligosaccharide were studied under the same conditions. Soak the treated barley seeds in an alginate oligosaccharide solution with a concentration of 0, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.5%, and 0.6% respectively for 24h to induce germination.
