Preliminary study on the effect of Chitosan Oligosaccharide on Tea yield and Natural Enemy

The amino-oligosaccharin, also known as the agricultural special-purpose chitosan oligosaccharide, is obtained by the degradation of the product chitosan after the deethanization of the chitin. The amino-oligosaccharide has the characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity, low cost, green and environmental protection and the like, and has the effects of improving the resistance of crops, resisting the disease, promoting the development of the root system, improving the yield of the crops and improving the quality. The effects of amino-oligosaccharide onthe biological effects of natural enemies, such as tea yield and tea garden spider, were studied in this experiment.


The experiment consisted of 2 treatment groups and 1 control group, treatment 1 spray 5% Chitosan Oligosaccharide 800 times solution 3 times; treatment 2 spray 5% Chitosan Oligosaccharide 800 times solution 2 times, the third spray water The control group was sprayed with water three times. The bud head density, bud length, bud weight and 100 bud weight of tea in each treatment group were determined, and the effects of each treatment on natural enemy organisms such as tea garden spiders and other effects on tea tree production were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the spraying of Chitosan Oligosaccharide could increase the number of buds by 11.23% every 0.6 m2, and the spraying of Chitosan Oligosaccharide twice per 0.6 m2 could increase the number of buds by 10.64%. Spraying Chitosan Oligosaccharide also has a certain increase effect on tea bud length. Compared with clear water, spraying amino acid oligosaccharide 40 bud length increased by 5.07%; spraying 2 times Chitosan Oligosaccharide 40 bud length increased by 5.92 %. Compared with clear water, both treatments can significantly increase the bud weight, and the average bud weight of spraying Chitosan Oligosaccharides increased by 22.51%; the average bud weight of spraying Chitosan Oligosaccharides increased by 17.13%. Spraying Chitosan Oligosaccharide 3 times tea bud weight increased by 11.04%, spraying 2 times bud weight increased by 5.55%. After the tea leaves with amino-oligosaccharide were made into finished tea, the content of tea polyphenols increased by 5.11% compared with the water control group; the content of rare earth in the amino-oligosaccharide-treated tea leaves decreased by 47.24%. Observation of the growth of tea trees and natural enemies in the test area showed that the application of Chitosan Oligosaccharides did not adversely affect the production of natural enemies and tea trees such as tea garden spiders.


The results showed that the tea plant tea plant spraying plant immune inducer Chitosan Oligosaccharide can increase the yield of tea, and can improve the quality of tea, and has no adverse effects on the growth of natural enemy and tea trees.
